He is very thorough during tours pointing out potential issues with homes an inspector may find, along with issues to look out for that can turn costly. He was very quick to respond anytime we reached out for a tour of a home or with any questions. Ryan constantly reminded us that we could take as long as we needed and was never pushy trying to get us to make an offer so he could make a quick sale. He made sure that we were within our budget and comfortable with homes before recommending we place any offers. 2023 Update: Once again he delivers! Ryan helped me sell my house (above asking!) and even had contacts to help me to with HVAC and various handyman tasks. Super helpful throughout the whole process, prompt with follow up, and made the whole process easy. Thank you!! May 2021: Ryan is always available to answer questions, attend showings, and make sure paperwork is completed promptly. He helped me win a bid on a house in exactly one month- in the 2021 market- from our initial home-buying meeting. If that's not a testament to his abilities, then I'm not sure what is.

I am really glad I worked with Ryan to have purchased my home in the area where I want to live.
