Ryan Deeter has always had a genuine passion for real estate.  After studying religion and ethics in college, he discovered a natural draw toward work centered on people, relationships, and guidance. A successful transition into sales confirmed what truly motivates him: helping others make confident, well-informed decisions and guiding people toward meaningful outcomes.

After purchasing his first home in Clintonville, followed by his first investment property, Ryan once again turned his focus toward serving others, this time through real estate. With hands-on experience as both a homeowner and an investor, becoming a Realtor felt like a natural extension of his values and strengths. 

He is deeply grateful to have earned the trust of hundreds of clients during some of their most significant life and financial decisions, a responsibility he never takes for granted.

Today, Ryan is driven by a simple belief: when we help others reach their goals, everyone benefits. His role is to make the buying and selling process feel less overwhelming and more empowering, offering steady guidance so clients can move into their next chapter with confidence. To Ryan, real estate is about far more than transactions—it’s about people, community, and building futures that feel both attainable and rewarding.

Ryan lives in the Clintonville neighborhood with his wife, Courtney, their daughters, Madeleine and Isabelle, and their dog, Sawyer. Outside of real estate, he can usually be found outdoors biking, running, kayaking, or climbing and of course watching Ohio State.
