Our aim is two fold: (1) to help keep you in the know on the Clintonville real estate market, and

The Clintonville real estate market continues to show steady activity as we head into the early part of the year. As I write this newsletter, there are just 30 homes actively for sale across the two zip codes that make up Clintonville, with 22 additional homes currently under contract. This limited inventory is helping keep demand strong, even as the market feels more balanced than it has in quite some time.
Today’s market requires a thoughtful approach. Understanding the nuances of each neighborhood, property condition, and timing is critical for both buyers and sellers. Homes that are updated and in great shape are still moving quickly, while properties that need work are taking noticeably longer to sell.
Buyers are becoming more selective as prices continue to rise gradually and overall costs remain high. While homes are spending more time on the market on average, we’re still seeing fewer listings compared to the past few years — keeping supply tight and competition steady. Clintonville continues to outperform many other parts of Columbus, with demand remaining strong thanks to its unique charm, walkability, and sense of community.
With this being said the spring market is only weeks way! This means that more homes will start to hit the market but, we will also see more buyers who are prepared to make competitive offers. I anticipate a strong spring market as buyers get ready to make a move!
